| Purity of pure steam Distilled water produced by system developed by FAC is free of pyrogen and salinity, particle and iron contained in the distilled water meets USP standards and international medical standards and is perfect as steam for SIP as well as steam for sterilized injection. Feed Water D/I water used for FAC Pure Steam Generator requires pre treatment by deionization system to prevent scale in a column. D/I water used for distilled water producing system developed by FAC requires preteatment by deionization system to prevent scale. Conductivity of D/I water is 2-5 micro s/c m but this system is designed so that it can take upto 1ppm of silica content which enables the equipment to operate in a stable manner under unfavorable conditions. Structure Column consists of evaporation tube, pre heating tube and cyclone. In each column, there is only flange consisting of two fixed teflon gaskets. There is no flowing part. If quality of clean water meets a standard, cleaning pure steam generator is not required.
