Principle of motion

Autoclave that FAC can design, manufacture and supply is extensive and can satisfy the need of consumers.
We produce and supply the following sterilizer as well as general sterilizer using gravity and high pressure sterilizer using vaccum.

Model manufactured and supplied by FAC aims to sterilize liquid in completely sealed container (Glass or Plastic) in one hour. This machine can perform general sterilization (vacuum or pressurization). Sterilization process has an advantage that there is no concern of cross contamination because it uses heat exchanger for temperature of water supplied and it is safe and rapid as it raises or lowers temperature of an object by spraying sterilized water using nozzle and damage to an object by temperature can be minimized and temperature of content after sterilization is equal to indoor temperature which makes it possible to conduct the next process (packing etc.)

FAC sterilizer has various models that can handle 4,000 bottles at the same time based on 1000 cc bottle and can be equipped with one or two door and open and close door automatically.

FAC sterilizer can sterilize any object and it can be used when sterilizing package that requires perfect drying after pasteurization or using a container which is vulnerable to high pressure.
For sterilization, dilute air by steam and ventilator in a chamber (optional) to raise and maintain temperature and drying and cooling is reverse order of aforementioned process.
After sterilization process, steam is removed first and cooled by using air cooled with heat exchanger.

Air in a chamber is removed after this process and instruments which can be reused, equipment which is composed of different objects and liquid in a container which is vulnerable to high pressure can sterilized by using aforementioned principle.

FAC sterilizer is economical in that it has simple structure and can do various sterilization including high pressure vacuum sterilization and can perform process blue dye test immersion which tests cleaning, rinsing and drying process.
Software process developed by FAC works in the order of vacumming to remove air in a chamber and another vacuuming for sterilization and drying by steam pressure and it can be changed to various processes at the request of user. (FAC PID Package program)
