Substance to be sterilized in hot water sterilizer is used after it is sterilied with media of sterlization such as water for injection, buffer solution, and culture medium.
This system is made of stainless steel and has double framed wall and two door facing each other which helps it to be handled safely. System that can conduct leak test by using vaccum pump during sterilization process can be embedded.
Control system has sterilization program which can select depending on property of substance to be sterilized.
Control system is highly reliable and safe because it is based on micro process.
Main physical process variables such as temperature and pressure are controlled and shown in digit and recorded to document process and provides important information.
