    • For FAC hot air sterilizer, STS 316 L contacts an object to be sterilized and a part that does not contact is made of STS 304
      An object to be sterilized is sterilized with hot air and takes it out of storage room.

      Cleaning room and room for storing an object to be sterilized are equipped with GRAPIC Board so that operation of sterilizer can be understood easily.
      Clean air passes through electric heater through leading in duct and damper and it is heated at high temperature and then gets through HEPA filter.

      This air passes through HEPA filter which is resistent to high temperature and filters fine article of 0.3㎛ with efficiency of 99.97% and then is supplied to HEPA filter.

      HEPA filter is fitted on air supply duct and exhaust duct near sterilization chamber to prevent inflow and counterflow of air that can cause an object to be contaminated
    • Description of hot air sterilizer

      Hot Air Sterilizer is designed so that it can operate up to 300℃ and ISO class 100 fine particle level is maintained before an object to be sterilized is moved to storage room. Temperature of chamber is kept at ±5℃.
      SCR(T.P.R) is fitted for precise temperature control.
      Control panel is manufactured separately from sterilizer.
      It is possible for an object storage room to monitor sterilizer and take emergency actions through a monitor.
      Air is distributed evenly by using punch which size of hole increases as recirculation wall goes downward.
      Heat insulation is made with thickness of at least 200mm.

      When the inside of chamber is 250℃, temperature of the outside does not exceed 60℃ Hot air sterilizer is aseptic process whose SAL(Sterility Assurance Level) is 10-6 but guarantees substance handled in contamination zone safely.
      Control system consists of microprocessor and PLC system and safe and reliable. Temperature which is main process variable is controlled and majority is marked and recorded and provides process data.











      Use of Hot Air Sterilizer
      Hot air sterilizer is used to sterilize anhydrous oil, powder, glass container, tank etc. that steam can’t penetrate easily.
      Hot air is used for sterilization of substance that requires higher temperature than humid air.
      Sterilization of substance that is resistant to heat such as vial, ample, stainless steel tank

    Sterlization program

    • Control system performs the following program.
      This cycle applies to sterilization of solid matter such as glass bottle, vial, ample, instrument for dental treatment, tank, filler, scissors, tray for freeze drying.
